Use system tools to build a "lean culture". In the article "Promoting the Organizational Change of Enterprises by Cultural Transformation", we once mentioned that the construction of corporate culture involves four levels: corporate value concept, employee behavior habits, corporate culture atmosphere and corporate external image. The accurate establishment, accurate communication and mutual coordination of these four levels are the keys to the success of corporate culture construction and cultural transformation, however, the connotation of these four levels is vague, mutual support and uncoordinated matching, which are often common problems in the process of establishing culture and promoting cultural transformation.
Using the "SP-GAME" Method to Promote the Construction of "Lean Culture"

The accurate establishment, accurate communication and mutual coordination of these four levels are the keys to the success of corporate culture construction and cultural transformation, however, the connotation of these four levels is vague, mutual support and uncoordinated matching, which are often common problems in the process of establishing culture and promoting cultural transformation. At the same time, it is pointed out that the effective establishment and function of these four levels of corporate culture also involves the interaction and coordination with the strategic positioning of the enterprise, the organizational flow system, the management assessment mechanism, the ability and quality of employees, and the promotion of system leadership, which increases the transformation of corporate culture. The difficulty and complexity of the company need to use professional process tools such as "SP-GAME.
From the perspective of the elements of the "SP-GAME", in order to establish high-quality management capabilities and establish a high-quality management culture, several issues must be clearly resolved:

I. In accordance with the requirements of strategic positioning and corporate philosophy, re-define the qualifications, quality requirements, and behavioral standards of employees. Establish clear behavioral expectations and target guidelines for the behavioral transformation of the workforce; establish value orientation.
ii. Re-examine the position matching status of employees according to the requirements of code of conduct and qualification.
iii. According to the requirements of the strategy and code of conduct, adjust the assessment and incentive methods and terms to ensure that new standards of conduct are encouraged and that the code of conduct that needs to be changed is constrained.
iv. Ensure that the supervisor gives sufficient support to the establishment of employees' behavioral ability and the adjustment and formation of habits, and ensure that the obstacles encountered by employees in the process of completing new work goals and establishing new behavioral habits can be effectively eliminated, and they can get the necessary guidance, support and encouragement in time.
