1. Master degree or above, major in fermentation engineering or biological engineering;
2. Have more than 5 years working experience, proficient in fermentation professional knowledge, master fermentation control, microbial culture and other knowledge, familiar with fermentation production line planning and design is preferred;
3. Experience in R & D, application and production of relevant mature projects, and experience in process management;
4. Good self-achievement orientation and innovation consciousness, technical team management experience is preferred.
