Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in microbiology, food engineering, etc;
2. At least 5 years working experience, familiar with food quality preservation related technologies;
3, with a more systematic microbial screening, fermentation, post-processing and other complete sets of technical capacity system, able to combine the strain and application requirements, design a complete technical application program capacity;
4. Master liquid phase and liquid quality analysis technology, and be able to carry out effective component analysis according to the characteristics of the sample to be tested.
