Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for group process control and supervision of the behavior of foreign trade personnel and contracts.
2. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, collecting customer feedback and suggestions.
3. Responsible for collecting relevant industry policies and market information, and promptly compiling and submitting reports.
4. Responsible for handling and tracking complaints about product quality and logistics transportation quality.
5. Responsible for communicating and understanding the work status of sales personnel and providing reasonable suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Understand the entire foreign trade process and have experience in internal control of foreign trade processes;
2. More than 5 years of experience in group process control, fluent in spoken English;
3. Possesses strong investigation and analysis capabilities, communication skills, confidentiality awareness, and excellent comprehension skills;
4. Those with data statistical analysis experience are preferred.
