Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in a relevant major such as Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering;
2. More than three years of work experience in the introduction and implementation of lean production in the food industry, including beer, beverages, dairy products, and other food sectors;
3. Be familiar with the knowledge system of lean management in manufacturing enterprises and possess certain capabilities to establish and implement lean production systems.
