Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in a relevant field such as food science, biology, or chemistry, with a solid foundation of basic knowledge.
2. More than 5 years of experience, with a solid understanding of specialized knowledge in food safety, food nutrition, fermentation processes, and microbial metabolism.
3. Proficiency in microbiology laboratory techniques and instrument operation; preference given to candidates with experience in laboratory project management or managing R&D teams for corporate product technologies.
4. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility and ownership, and high execution capability.
