Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer science, industrial engineering, statistics, or a related field;
2. More than 8 years of digital transformation experience in the manufacturing sector, with a solid understanding of manufacturing business and processes; at least 3 years of team management experience, and strong leadership skills.
3. Experience in smart manufacturing planning for large-scale manufacturing enterprises, as well as hands-on implementation experience with systems such as MOM, WMS, and IoT. Prior experience with numerous digital transformation projects in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
4. Familiar with future trends in intelligent manufacturing, well-versed in the IAS-95 framework, possessing a solid understanding of industrial IoT, and experienced in lean manufacturing, equipment automation, and intelligent technologies. Also familiar with IT/OT convergence technologies. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in equipment data acquisition projects and in the application and analysis of industrial big data.
