Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in a related field such as computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or information and computational science.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; more than 5 years of experience as a data scientist in data analytics or big data/AI projects.
2. Proficient in at least one programming language and highly skilled in data processing libraries, capable of independently performing basic tasks such as data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
3. Proficient in common data mining and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to independently design, develop, and optimize models; candidates with practical experience in deploying models are preferred.
4. Understand the entire workflow of a data mining project, including requirements analysis, data collection, feature engineering, model building, model evaluation, and iterative optimization.
5. Have led or been a key participant in at least one full-scale big data mining project, and be able to clearly explain the project’s background, technical approach, implementation process, and business outcomes.
