Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 8 years of experience in human resources management, including at least 3 years of specialized experience in the talent development COE area.
2. Candidates with experience at the headquarters of a group company in TD/COE roles are preferred; those with a consulting background on the client side are also highly regarded.
