Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in human resources, strategic management, or business management consulting, including at least 3 years focused on organizational development (OD) or strategic operations.
2. Possess successful project experience in decoding the strategies of large enterprises, building or significantly reengineering organizational performance systems from scratch, and able to independently lead complex OD project modules.
