Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science and Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field;
2. Proficient in communication and expression, with a certain ability to read English-language literature and materials, as well as strong market analysis and adaptability skills.
3. Work experience in R&D related to food and pharmaceutical industry applications of products such as emulsifiers and modified starches;
4. Possess independent experience in developing product formulations and processes; prior experience in the food or fragrance & flavor industry is preferred.
