Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to candidates with a background in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, and possessing relatively mature recruitment experience.
2. Prior experience in recruitment or headhunting for more than 2 years is preferred. Candidates should possess strong capabilities in developing and leveraging talent acquisition channels and be familiar with all stages and processes of the recruitment workflow.
3. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, quick thinking, clear verbal expression, and a good spirit of teamwork.
4. Familiar with social recruitment models, possessing keen market insight and forward-thinking capabilities.
5. Possesses strong professional ethics and a sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems.
