1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance or auditing, with more than 2 years of work experience in finance.
2. Proficient in accounting standards; prior experience in financial accounting at medium- to large-sized enterprises is preferred.
3. Positive attitude, strong learning, communication, and stress-management skills, as well as the ability to optimize financial processes and conduct in-depth data analysis.
4. Proficient in office software and financial software, with strong numerical sensitivity and processing skills.
