Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer science, information technology, or a related field; more than 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, including at least 3 years of experience managing operations and maintenance teams.
2. Familiar with the logic behind building operations and maintenance (O&M) systems, proficient in Linux/Windows system O&M, network architecture, and commonly used O&M tools, and capable of planning iterative upgrades for O&M platforms.
3. Has experience in establishing an operations and maintenance quality assessment system and can quantify the effectiveness of O&M work through data metrics.
