Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of experience in consulting on related projects such as lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and automation;
3. Be familiar with the approaches and steps for implementing lean production projects.
4. Be thoroughly familiar with and proficient in the theoretical knowledge related to IE, Lean Production, and Lean Six Sigma, and be capable of leading training sessions on these topics.
5. Possesses solid professional foundational knowledge and extensive project management experience.
