Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to candidates with majors in food science, supply chain management, or related fields; at least 5 years of experience in bid management within the food industry.
2. Possess experience in bid-tendering services for enterprises and institutions, and have independently managed bidding projects in the food/fast-moving consumer goods sector.
3. Familiar with the entire procurement process for government/state-owned enterprises, proficient in ISO22000/HACCP systems, and capable of quickly aligning with project requirements.
4. Possess experience in managing bidding teams and have a proven track record of developing core team members and improving the team’s bid-winning gross profit margin.
