Requirements:

1. Possess work experience in marketing or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant job experience.
2. Master market insight analysis methods, understand the methodology behind brand building, and possess the ability to independently develop annual brand plans.
3. Be familiar with the fundamental theories of business models, understand industry operating mechanisms, and possess the ability to independently plan and execute key marketing projects for brands.
4. Familiar with the company’s marketing system, policies, and management processes;
5. Be proficient in the laws and regulations related to brand building (such as the Trademark Law, the Advertising Law, and the Intellectual Property Law), and possess risk awareness and prevention capabilities.
