Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of experience in procurement management, and more than 5 years of production experience in spinning mills or dyeing factories;
2. Familiar with procurement processes, woolen fabric production processes, knowledgeable in dyeing and spinning technologies, highly sensitive to colors, and capable of accurately identifying color differences.
3. Supplier evaluation and negotiation skills, with strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in cost accounting.
4. Establish and maintain a supplier evaluation system, and conduct regular reviews of supplier performance.
5. Identify and manage potential risks in the procurement process, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
