Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to candidates with majors in marketing, advertising, communication, brand management, business administration, or related fields.
2. More than five years of experience in brand strategy and corporate brand management—experience on either the client or agency side is acceptable; prior experience in B2B technology, manufacturing, or internet industries is preferred.
3. Independently managed and successfully completed the full lifecycle of 0-to-1 brand development or large-to-mid-sized communication projects, taking responsibility for both ROI and long-term brand performance metrics.
4. Familiar with brand asset models (such as Aaker and Keller), and able to skillfully use tools like surveys, public opinion analysis, and social listening for brand diagnostics.
