Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in a relevant major such as Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Communications, or a related field;
2. Familiar with the seven quality management tools: NUDD, DFMEA, APQP, and QC methods;
3. Familiar with the full lifecycle quality management process for electronic products, and have more than 3 years of work experience in electronic product quality engineering.
4. Have a certain understanding of the failure mechanisms of the entire machine and its core components, and master risk assessment and abnormality handling techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving and logical analysis skills, enabling rapid identification of issues and development of solutions even in complex situations.
