Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, etc.;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in algorithms within the supply chain field;
3. Understand data models in the supply chain domain and be proficient in database modeling and SQL development.
4. Solid foundation in mathematics and algorithms, with familiarity in machine learning, operations research models, and commonly used algorithms.
5. Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with tools such as Pandas and Scikit-learn, and possessing experience in algorithm development and engineering implementation.
6. Understand the basic processes of the supply chain; prior experience with relevant algorithm projects is preferred. Candidates with experience in developing or integrating ERP, SCM, APS, and logistics systems are also preferred.
