1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as marketing, journalism, media, advertising, or a related discipline;
2. 2-3+ years of experience in brand promotion management, with project management experience in the apparel, cosmetics, and 4A advertising industries.
3. Has extensive and successful case studies in brand promotion;
4. Possesses keen market insight, outstanding innovation capabilities, and excellent comprehensive planning and resource integration skills.
5. Possesses strong media resources and the ability to effectively utilize them.
