Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in food industry channel operations and over 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with a background in seasonings, grains, oils, or related industries are preferred.
2. Possess excellent organizational, planning, coordination, interpersonal, and stress-management skills.
3. Familiar with the market, possessing keen market insight and outstanding forecasting and decision-making skills; having a deep understanding of channel and industry developments, and accurately grasping market trend developments.
4. Able to accept long-term business trips.
