1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in source-related fields, management, or related areas are preferred.
2. More than 5 years of experience in human resources work, including more than 2 years of experience in human resources management;
3. Understand the company’s basic operational requirements, be familiar with national labor laws and policies, and possess a deep understanding and unique insights into human resource management.
4. Possesses strong organizational, coordination, public relations, and management skills, as well as excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
