Requirements:

1. Master’s or Doctoral degree in science and engineering from a “Double First-Class” university or higher; preference given to candidates with majors in materials science, semiconductors, physics, or related fields; prior experience in industry or entrepreneurship is a plus.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in equity investment and research at a well-known early-stage investment firm;
3. Possess research and judgment capabilities in new materials, semiconductors, or other hard-tech industries, and be able to integrate resources to empower hard-tech enterprises.
4. Possesses an extensive network of entrepreneur, scientist, and industry resources.
