Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Chinese medicine, natural product chemistry, pharmacy, or food engineering, with more than 5 years of experience in project R&D and over 3 years of experience in pilot-scale production in a workshop.
2. Have led at least one complete product development project for natural products;
3. Master the technical principles underlying the extraction and separation of various natural resources, process development, and product development; and be familiar with the relevant regulations and guiding principles for the development of natural resource processes.
4. Strong communication and expression skills, proficient in English reading and writing, and possessing strong abilities in text editing and copywriting organization.
