Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as engineering mechanics, mechanical design, vehicle engineering, materials science, or related disciplines;
2. Solid theoretical foundations in materials mechanics, theoretical mechanics, finite element analysis, and other related fields; possessing strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
3. Possess 3D modeling and design capabilities, and be proficient in using at least one CAE simulation software.
4. Has conducted relatively in-depth research on dynamic simulations involving drops, collisions, and other such phenomena;
5. Have a certain understanding and awareness of new materials, new processes, and new technologies.
