Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
2. Possess 3 or more years of work experience in a related field and be familiar with the control principles and technologies of BLDC motors.
3. Familiar with motor control algorithms and technologies such as sensorless control, FOC, and SVPWM;
4. Possess the ability to debug and troubleshoot motors, and be familiar with testing and validation methods for motor systems.
5. Proficient in using motor control development tools and software, such as MATLAB/Simulink, etc.
