Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, automation, computational mathematics, or statistics, with a solid foundation in general computer algorithms.
2. Experience in computational power compression and inference optimization for large language models, or experience in computational power compression for other deep learning models, such as quantization and pruning;
3. Familiar with tools such as Python, Linux shell, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch;
4. A strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills;
5. Preference will be given to candidates who have published high-level papers or won awards in relevant competitions in the areas of model compression, such as quantization and pruning.
