1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not restricted; 3+ years of experience in the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, or foodservice industries.
2. Familiar with brand retail terminal operating models;
3. Familiar with professional knowledge such as store operations management;
4. Possesses extensive hands-on management experience in retail operations; capable of building retail sales teams and conducting training for supervisors, store managers, and sales associates.
5. Travel assignments are acceptable.
