Requirements:

1. Based on the annual indicators for each region within the theater of operations, decompose the regional indicators, implement them effectively, and achieve tangible results.
2. Assist the operations manager of the combat zone in managing personnel allocation and work scheduling for the assigned area.
3. Based on the branch’s annual plan, provide guidance on product management within your jurisdiction, ensure successful launch and promotion of new products as well as achievement of sales targets, and at the same time, guarantee food safety in the battle zone.
4. Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the development, training, and mentoring of talent within the operations team.
5. Implement standardized store management according to the requirements of the branch offices and combat zones.
