Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; familiar with the properties of plastics and injection/molding processes; knowledgeable about mold design and manufacturing technologies.
2. Proficient in engineering software such as CAS and Solidworks, and skilled in 3D modeling tools.
3. Able to independently drive the entire process of packaging material development and possess cross-departmental collaboration skills.
4. Understand packaging testing standards and be familiar with industry regulations and environmental requirements.
