Requirements:

1. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments, to facilitate the introduction of new products and the standardization of processes.
2. Proficient in CAD/UG and office software;
3. More than 5 years of work experience in the industry, involving single extrusion, two-layer compounding, and three-layer compounding (silicone rubber, foamed silicone rubber) of automotive sealing strips.
4. Possess the ability to improve processes to reduce material waste, energy consumption, and production cycles, thereby enhancing overall manufacturing efficiency.
