Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above; possess practical experience in the IATF 16949 automotive industry system. Candidates with work experience at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers are preferred.
2. Proficient in the IATF 16949:2016 standard and familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001, GJB9001C, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 systems; holds an IATF 16949 internal auditor qualification certificate.
3. Proficient in core tools such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP, with practical application experience. Familiar with VDA 6.3 process audits.
