Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Polymer Materials (with preference for the Rubber specialization); proficient in the core principles of rubber synthesis, formulation design, and vulcanization processes.
2. More than 6 years of technical work experience in the rubber industry, including at least 3 years of experience in technical team management; proficient in at least two of the following categories: automotive, electrical appliances, or sealing rubber for doors and windows.
3. Able to independently resolve common technical issues across the three major product categories, and familiar with relevant testing methods and industry standards.
4. Possesses a keen insight into new technologies in the rubber industry and has a proven track record of leading teams to overcome technical bottlenecks.
