Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Fashion Design, with more than 6 years of hands-on experience in fashion design roles and over 3 years of team management experience. Prior experience in designing and developing both men's and women's apparel brands is required.
2. Proficient in using design software such as PS, CDR, and AI;
3. Possesses a keen sense of fashion, adept at identifying and mastering trend dynamics, and demonstrates a distinctive spirit of innovation;
4. Possess extensive knowledge of garment craftsmanship, familiar with garment production processes, and highly proficient in fabric properties and pattern making.
5. Proficient in quarterly product planning and development processes.
