Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the full-stack operations of Douyin's interest-based e-commerce platform;
2. There are clear examples of TikTok best-selling products, and you’re familiar with brand-specific strategies for creating and launching successful products, as well as the practical methods for implementation. You have a strong grasp of the core functional areas’ professional logic and possess independent experience in managing campaigns within those specific areas.
3. Possess data-driven thinking, able to identify issues through data analysis and drive strategy optimization;
4. Able to swiftly respond to changes in TikTok platform rules, algorithms, and popular engagement trends, and adjust product promotion strategies accordingly.
5. Candidates with experience as TikTok business leaders of emerging brands or independent campaign managers are preferred; those who have successfully led teams to achieve breakthrough success across multiple product categories will be given priority.
