Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher, with a background in a food-related field;
2. More than 5 years of experience in food technology R&D, with expertise in the food, seasoning, and fragrance & flavor industries, as well as hands-on experience in process scale-up and industrialization projects.
3. Familiar with food processing workflows and equipped with strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills;
4. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong team spirit.
