1. More than 5 years of work experience in quality control roles related to knitted fabric dyeing plants (including frontline positions), plus at least 2 years of experience handling customer complaints in a dyeing plant.
2. Possess excellent expertise in knitted fabrics, thoroughly understand the root causes of quality issues in knitted materials, and can efficiently determine responsibility for quality problems while providing practical solutions.
3. Sensitive to fabric craftsmanship and quality issues, with strong data analysis skills.
