Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with more than 2 years of experience in product development management and experience leading a team of 5 or more people;
2. Possess more than 5 years of technical development experience in the smart furniture and home appliance industries, with hands-on experience in managing the entire product development process. Successfully led at least 3 product development projects that each achieved annual sales exceeding RMB 5 million, or have been responsible for developing at least 1 key project generating annual sales of over RMB 10 million.
3. Have a solid understanding of global and regional standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and certification guidelines for electronic components;
4. A strong sense of innovation, keen industry insights, and high standards with rigorous expectations.
