Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher, majoring in chemistry, bioengineering, or fermentation engineering-related fields;
2. Engage in research focusing on aroma and flavor, aroma mechanisms, and flavor analysis; proficient in the chemical composition and source components of commonly used flavor and aroma compounds.
3. Candidates with more than 3 years of work experience are preferred, especially those who have demonstrated expertise in the R&D and industrialization of relevant mature projects.
4. Strong self-achievement orientation and innovative mindset; prior experience in managing technical teams is preferred.
