Requirements:

1. Establish a GST database for needle/loop yarn/weaving-style garments, including models, components, and process work hours, and complete the verification of standard work hours.
2. Strong communication skills required to complete and address production feedback on GST standard work hours.
3. Breakdown and quotation of labor hours and rates for needle/weft yarn/textile-style processes;
4. Possess the ability to handle abnormal feedback related to working hours and wages;
5. Understand analysis of other product categories (knitwear) and comply with work assignments;
6. Understand how to calculate wire usage.
