Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of experience in procurement management, plus more than 5 years of production experience in spinning mills and dyeing factories;
2. Familiar with the procurement process, woolen fabric production流程, knowledgeable in dyeing and spinning technologies, with a keen sensitivity to color—capable of accurately identifying color differences;
3. Supplier evaluation and negotiation skills, with strong data analysis capabilities and expert proficiency in cost accounting;
4. Establish and maintain a supplier evaluation system, and regularly review supplier performance.
5. Identify and manage potential risks in the procurement process, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
