1. College diploma or higher; major is not limited.
2. Possess work experience at large, well-known food and beverage companies, with more than five years in sales management, including at least two years of hands-on experience in sales management at a comparable position.
3. Possesses comprehensive channel management experience and team leadership experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies;
4. Familiar with the operations and management models of various channels, and capable of grasping industry development trends;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
