Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in production procurement at a pharmaceutical factory, and at least 3 years of experience in procurement management at a pharmaceutical company—plus the ability to manage teams and lead teams effectively.
2. Familiar with pharmaceutical companies' drug procurement processes and purchasing procedures; prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
3. Familiar with supplier evaluation and assessment plans, well-versed in relevant quality system standards, and possess corresponding supplier resources.
4. Possess strong capabilities in contract negotiation and risk management, along with excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and negotiating skills.
