Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher, majoring in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Science, or a related field;
2. More than 15 years of experience in digital products, and over 5 years of team management experience;
3. Possess a background in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and be familiar with user operation scenarios and pain points under product distribution models.
4. Possess hands-on experience in designing and operating brand communication management-related products, including but not limited to digital and intelligent capabilities in areas such as marketing budget management, DMP (Data Management Platform), content management, and data operations.
5. Familiar with the underlying logic of large models and possessing relevant experience; preference given to candidates with hands-on practical experience in AI implementation.
6. Possess experience in digital and intelligent strategic planning.
