Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce livestream operations; preference given to candidates who have proven track records of successful operations on Douyin and Video Channels.
2. Deeply familiar with the e-commerce rules, traffic mechanisms, and livestreaming strategies of the two major platforms, capable of independently setting up and managing the operational system.
3. Sensitive to data and skilled at optimizing operational strategies using live-streaming metrics such as viewership, conversion rates, and average order value;
4. Able to adapt to the flexible working hours and pace of the livestreaming industry.
