Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Engineering;
2. More than 5 years of experience in process engineering within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry; preference will be given to candidates with experience in products such as smart cockpits, in-vehicle electronics, and display module assemblies.
3. Familiar with process flows such as SMT, electronic assembly, automated testing, and software programming;
4. Proficient in using design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, as well as data analysis tools like Minitab and SPC;
5. Proficient in process optimization methodologies (such as DOE and line balancing analysis) and quality management tools (like APQP and PPAP);
6. Familiar with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and safety regulations.
7. English proficiency (CET-4 or above), with the ability to read English technical documents.
