Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Food Science, Food Engineering, Seasoning Science, or Flavors & Fragrances;
2. Familiar with the raw material characteristics, formulation design principles, and production processes of the seasoning industry; preference given to candidates with experience in seasoning or related food product development.
3. Possess solid expertise in food chemistry, sensory analysis, ingredient functional properties, and other related fields, enabling independent responsibility for research and development projects.
4. Possess strong project management, cross-departmental communication, and team collaboration skills, with clear logic and robust execution capabilities.
5. Stay informed about technological trends in the food industry, possess a strong sense of innovation and learning ability, and are committed to driving technological upgrades in product development.
