Requirements:

1. Hold a doctoral or master’s degree in a relevant field such as food science, biology, chemistry, or a related discipline;
2. Proficiency in microbiology laboratory techniques and instrument operation is required; candidates with experience in laboratory project management or leading R&D teams for company product technologies are preferred.
3. Conduct research on foundational technologies for food, seasonings, and other essential areas, including studies and explorations in fermentation science, microbial strain development, fermentation processes, and biotechnology.
4. Plan core technology barrier targets, assess risks associated with R&D projects, prioritize and tackle key projects, and ensure the progress of research activities.
